Binghatti Developers and Mercedes-Benz have unveiled plans for what they describe as the world’s first Mercedes-Benz branded city, a large-scale masterplanned development in Dubai with an estimated investment value of AED30 billion.

The project, named Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City, marks the second branded residential collaboration between the Emirati developer and the German automotive brand, following the launch of Mercedes-Benz Places Dubai. It also represents a major milestone for Binghatti, introducing the first masterplanned community in the company’s history.
Planned for a 10 million square foot site in the Meydan area, the development is designed as a multi-tower branded district integrating residential buildings with retail, leisure and community infrastructure. According to the developers, the project aims to combine luxury living with mobility innovation and Mercedes-Benz’s Sensual Purity design philosophy within a cohesive urban environment.
World’s first Mercedes-Benz branded city
Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City is envisioned as a self-sustained district, described as a city within a city. The masterplan includes luxury residences alongside cultural and leisure areas, retail boulevards, parks and green corridors, mobility hubs, wellness and sports zones, and dining and entertainment spaces. The aim is to offer residents access to daily services and amenities within walking distance, blending lifestyle convenience with high-end design.
Chairman Muhammad Binghatti said the renewed partnership reflects a shared approach to design and quality. “To partner once again with Mercedes-Benz is a testament to our shared philosophy of excellence, precision, and timeless design,” he said.
“Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City is envisioned as a world-class urban experience, a place where luxury and innovation converge to create a complete city within a city. This masterplan will become one of Dubai’s most distinguished destinations and a true symbol of elevated living.”
The agreement was formalised during a signing ceremony at the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart, attended by Muhammad Binghatti and Mathias Geisen, Member of the Board of Management of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, Marketing and Sales. The official launch of the project is scheduled for 14 January 2026.
Mathias Geisen said the collaboration extends Mercedes-Benz’s brand beyond automotive products into the built environment. “Creating extraordinary experiences for our customers is at the core of who we are,” he said. “With our next branded real estate project ‘Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City’ in Dubai we are taking this promise to a new level, shaping destinations where our brand becomes something you can truly call home.”
The project adds to the growing trend of branded residences in Dubai, where global luxury names are increasingly partnering with developers to deliver high-end residential concepts tied to established brands.
