Dubai-based boutique developer AMWAJ Development has officially started construction on Gate 11, its newest residential project in Mohammed Bin Rashid City District 11 in Meydan, marking the beginning of comprehensive on-site building activities.

The achievement comes after strong demand from investors, with 85 percent of the units already sold and just a small inventory left. Construction has now entered a rapid execution stage, aiming for project completion by the first quarter of 2028.

“At Amwaj, advancement is always intentional.” What is displayed on-site results from months of careful planning, technical collaboration, and preparation for execution in the background. “We operate based on defined milestones, quantifiable accountability, and robust governance to guarantee that every promise we uphold is fulfilled with integrity, consistency, and lasting value,” stated Emad Saleh, Founder & Chairman.

Ideally situated just minutes from Downtown Dubai and bordered by lagoons and manicured parklands, Gate 11 is set as a standout enhancement to AMWAJ’s growing collection. The developer aims to provide over 2.5 million square feet of high-quality residential areas by 2026, aligning with its commitment to design-focused, community-oriented projects throughout Dubai’s luxury real estate market.

“Breaking ground is not merely a symbolic gesture for us; it is a choice grounded in preparedness.” Our teams have scheduled each milestone in advance, coordinated resources, and set up execution controls to maintain momentum from the start. “This is how we safeguard timelines and uphold our promises,” stated Murad Saleh, CEO.
