Alef Group has awarded construction contracts worth AED 750 million ($204.22 million) for the final phase of its Hayyan development in Sharjah, covering more than 700 residential units.
The contracts include the Samr 1, Samr 2 and Deem residential clusters, alongside a mall, clubhouse and landscaping works, marking the start of full-scale execution of the project’s concluding phase.
The developer said the milestone reflects continued progress on Hayyan and sustained demand for residential developments in Sharjah.
